Product features KTSZ4H-24 TEMPERATURE SWITCH

These KTSZ4H switches with display are designed to be used as two-state regulators (ON / OFF type control). They compare the temperature set point with the actual temperature value and enable the galvanically isolated (electrically isolated) contacts of a connected relay to be switched when the set temperature is reached. The supply voltage for the switches is 10 - 33 V DC / 9 - 24 V AC (depending on type). two temperature sensing elements can be connected to the switches. The display shows the current value of the measuring temperature during the measuring process. The setting of the individual parameters is carried out by two control knobs.

The switch can be used in 5 different modes:

Mode no. 1: The switch works as a single controller which switches the first relay according to the set temperature interval and the second relay is switched to the exceeding set emergency temperature (only one sensing element is used)

Mode no. 2: The switch works as a dual controller which switches each relay according to the set temperature interval (only one sensing element is used)

Mode no. 3: The switch works as a dual controller, which switches each relay separately according to the temperature interval (two sensing elements are used, each separately for each relay)

Mode no. 4: The switch works as a differential regulator which switches based on the temperature difference of two sensing elements (analogous to mode # 1)

Mode no. 5: The switch works as a differential regulator which switches based on the temperature difference of two sensing elements (analogous to mode # 2)

The switch-off delay of relay 1 within the limits 0–300 s can be set in each mode.

The switches are intended to be mounted on the DIn strip. The temperature range of switching applications depends on the type of sensing element and the type of temperature sensor (for example, for the sensor in the TG8 housing, the range is -50 ° C to 200 ° C). The maximum operating temperature range of the switch is -50 ° C to 400 ° C.

Thermostats are intended to operate in a chemically non-aggressive environment.
