The TR 090 temperature sensor is designed taking into account the specific needs of temperature measurement in the preparation of rubber mixtures in the extruder. This variant of the temperature sensor is equipped with a LEMO connector. The sensor is in a stainless steel housing, from which it is extended by means of a thread and the extension length of the housing sensor is adjustable by means of a scale.

The temperature sensor is very resistant to the abrasive action of rubber mixes and to vibrations. It is also possible to use the sensor to measure the temperature of plastics and bulk materials. The temperature sensor housing is made of stainless steel and due to its construction a faster response time is achieved compared to sensors mounted in the well.

Calibration - The entire production undergoes an outgoing metrological control, which is carried out by comparison with standards or with working gauges. The traceability of standards and working calibers is ensured within the meaning of §5 of Law No. 505/1990 on metrology. The manufacturer offers the possibility of supplying calibrated sensors in the laboratory of SENSIT sro (according to the requirements of ČSN EN ISO / IEC 17025, as amended) or in AKL.
