The Smoke Barbecue Thermometer was designed for competitive barbecue teams and professional chefs. The Smoke features a sturdy housing with molded gaskets for splash protection. Smoke uses Pro Series probes which are interchangeable with probes suitable for Smoke, ChefAlarm® and DOT®
The Smoke accepts two probes, one for meat and one for pit and can track each probe independently with adjustable high and low alarms. Probes included.
The Smoke has a wireless range of 300 feet and the large screen digits are visible from a distance and there is a built-in backlight for low light conditions.
The Smoke comes pre-paired with the receiver so that it works directly out of the box with no configuration required between the smoke and smoke receiver
