The Therma differential thermometer is an ideal HVAC thermometer because it allows the user to use two K-type thermocouple probes simultaneously.
Display can be switched to display the temperature of the T1 or T2 probe or the difference between the T1 and T2 probes (T1-T2).
This allows, for example, to measure the temperature drop across radiators or the temperature rise or fall of two elements.
The Therma differential measures the temperature in a range -99,9 to 299,9 ° C with a resolution of 0,1 ° C or from 300 to 1372 ° C with a resolution of 1 ° C.
The thermometer is endowed with a custom lcd display with ° C, T1, T2, diff, hold, open circuit, low battery indication and optional backlight.
The unit incorporates a automatic shutdown function which automatically turns off the instrument after about ten minutes, thus maximizing battery life.
Each thermometer is housed in a durable ABS housing with an integrated rubber gasket to ensure a complete seal and reduce the risk of damage in harsh environments.
The Therma differential is sold without probe.
