As a V.I.E – Business Developer based in Montreal, you will play a key role in the development of Guilcor Sensors in the North American market. You will work closely with the sales and technical teams to promote our measurement and sensor solutions to demanding industrial players.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to signing
- Identify and qualify the needs of industrial clients
- Build tailored offers in collaboration with the technical teams
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales
- Ensure the tracking of monthly objectives and the reporting of commercial activity
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our solutions to prospects and partners
- Maintain and develop a client portfolio in the North American market
Necessary skills
- Higher education in business, engineering, or a related field (Bachelor's / Master's)
- Eligible for the V.I.E program (Business France conditions)
- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written
- Strong interest in B2B commercial development and industrial/technological environments
- Ability to work independently, sense of initiative, and results-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to negotiate
- Taste for dynamic international environments
Valued skills
- First experience in business development, prospecting, or B2B client relations
- Interest or experience in digital marketing and professional content creation
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales performance tracking
- Sensitivity to technical or industrial environments
- Mastery of an additional language (an asset for international development)
- Good ability to analyze business data and performance indicators
