TSA TEMPERATURE SWITCHES

TSA temperature switches are designed as two-state controllers (ON / OFF control), which compare the setpoint and instantaneous temperature and allow switching of galvanically isolated relay contacts when the setpoint temperature value is reached. The desired temperature is set using a potentiometer.

In terms of sensor location and use of switches, the following designs are distinguished:

TSA 220 A - to detect the temperature around the switch; temperature probe in a 60 mm long metal rod,

TSA 220 K - temperature sensor in a metal rod for use in air conditioners or pipes; comes with a plastic holder. As an accessory, a stainless steel well or a metal support can be supplied with the sensor,

TSA 220 C - the temperature sensor in the housing TG 8 with a length of 40 mm is taken out through a cable with a length of 1 m (a different length of the cable or the housing, or another type of sensor must be specified in the order),

TSA 220 P - enclosed version for piping, temperature probe in a metal measuring case placed in a protective case made of SILICONE and SILAMIDE materials; delivered with fixing tape (length 40 cm) and cap.

Standard temperature ranges in which the required temperature can be set are shown in the technical parameters table. For TSA 220 A switches, the maximum authorized operating temperature is 70 ° C, for TSA 220 P switches 110 ° C, for TSA 220 K switches, for applications above 140 ° C, a variant with a rod elongated by 60 mm and a metal central support is provided.

The switches are designed to operate in a chemically non-aggressive environment.

EU Declaration of Conformity - according to Law 22/1997 Coll. on the technical requirements applicable to the products, as amended.

Calibration - All production undergoes an output metrological control, which is carried out by comparison with standards or with working gauges. The traceability of standards and working calibers is ensured within the meaning of §5 of Law No. 505/1990 on metrology. The manufacturer offers the possibility of supplying calibrated sensors in the laboratory of SENSIT sro (according to the requirements of ČSN EN ISO / IEC 17025) or in AKL.
