DESCRIPTION AND APPLICATION
These thermocouple temperature sensors with head are designed to measure temperatures up to 600°C. By combining the sensor and the central stainless steel support or well, supplied as accessories, it is possible to use sensors for measuring temperature in various industrial applications, for example as pressure equipment within the meaning of Government Decree No. 26/ 2003 Coll. as amended.
The maximum allowable working pressure is 6,3 MPa (applies to a maximum case length of up to 300 mm). Thermocouple temperature sensors can be used for all control systems compatible with the type of thermocouple selected. Type TCS 64x and TCS 66x thermocouple temperature sensors comply with the degree of protection IP 68 (1 bar) according to ČSN EN 60529, as amended.
The standard measuring range of the TCS 64x and TCS 66x sensors is -50 to 600 ° C. The range should not be exceeded, even for a short time. The maximum temperature around the head is 150°C.
The sensors are designed to operate in a chemically non-aggressive environment, the mode of use must be chosen taking into account the temperature resistance of the head and the chemical resistance of the housing and the head of the sensor.
ACCESSORIES
- Sump in stainless steel JPTS 641 for types TCS 64K, TCS 64J, TCS 66K, TCS 66J
- metal support K 120
- sliding fitting - to adjust different immersion lengths of the temperature sensor rod
DECLARATION, CERTIFICATION, CALIBRATION
- The manufacturer issues an EU declaration of conformity.
- Calibration - All production is subject to output metrological control, which is carried out by comparison with standards or with working gauges. The continuity of working standards and gauges is ensured within the meaning of article 5 of law no. 505/1990 on metrology. The manufacturer offers the possibility of supplying sensors calibrated in the laboratory of SENSIT sro (in accordance with the requirements of ČSN EN ISO / IEC 17025, as amended) or in AKL.
